Fishery Rules At Claydon Park Fishery, Claydon Pike
Please read the following rules:
* All visitors whether fishing or not do so at their own risk, the Owners and Management accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, accident, death, or injury, howsoever caused to any person, property, or vehicles whilst at the Fishery.
* A valid Rod Licence is required by anyone fishing and a maximum of 2 rods per person.
* ALL fish are to be returned to the lake. Anyone found killing or removing fish will be prosecuted.
* No keep nets allowed. All fish are to be returned to the water immediately.
* No barbed hooks to be used and no unattended rods.
* The use of MAGIC TWIG is NOT PERMITTED. Anyone using this device will be banned.
* No braided lines (except for lure fishing for Perch only).
* No bait boats allowed.
* No boilies (except for hook bait only), or live baits are to be used. No cat or dog food.
* DEAD BAITING & LURE FISHING FOR PIKE - Permitted only from 1st October to 31st March - NO LIVE BAITS.
* Please take all rubbish home, do not leave any rubbish on the bankside, anyone contravening this rule will not be welcomed back.
* No dogs or pets allowed.
* No swimming or wading.
* No under 21’s allowed unless accompanied by an adult at all times.
* Fishing from sunrise to sunset only. No night fishing is permitted unless staying at at The Lodge.
* Do not cut or otherwise damage bankside vegetation.
* Any persons fishing without a valid ticket will be charged double or asked to leave.
* Anyone fishing must have their own landing net of at least 16'' diameter & unhooking mat.
* No BBQ's, radios, or loud music.
* No half day or evening tickets.
* The management retains the right to refuse entry and alter closing times without prior notice.
* Please help stop the spread of disease and ensure all landing nets, unhooking mats, and weighing sacks, have be thoroughly dried for a least 48 hours prior to use at our Fishery.
* FILMING / PHOTOGRAPHY for commercial purposes or financial gain is NOT permitted at The Fishery unless prior agreement is granted in writing by Fishery owners / management on each individual occasion. Copyright of any film content or photographs which have not been granted consent will belong in absolute to the Fishery owners.

Please ensure you have the correct cash / change to pay for day tickets.
Anyone contravening these rules will be asked to leave and no refunds given.
