You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and we will not contact you again. We do not undertake any subscription marketing and will only reply to emails sent directly to us. If you withdraw your consent for us to communicate our marketing material with you, we will stop processing your data as requested. Do bear in mind that if you have a fishing break booked and you have not yet travelled, we will still need to hold onto your data so we can process the booking, but you are still free to terminate future communications. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU We may collect and process the following data about you: Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site, www.claydonparkfishery.co.uk (“our site”) or emailing us your photos to list on our site. This includes information provided at the time of emailing an enquiry to us, posting and emailing material or requesting further information. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site. Identification: Your name, title, date of birth, age, gender. Contact details: Your postal address, phone numbers, email address. Bookings: Dates of your stay(s), amounts paid and details of other members of your party (names, gender, age range). Marketing preferences: We do not carry out active marketing. Payment: Your payment method, the last four digits of card numbers, payment card expiry date, amounts collected, third party payment service provider references. Please note that we do not capture or store your full card details. Holiday experience: Any feedback you might leave. Communication: Emails, responses to questionnaires , your interaction with our site. Photographs: If you chose to email photos to be posted on our website. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
